Hi! I'm Leigh

I am a graphic artist with over 10 years professional experience. I was a senior graphic artist for Delta Galil Industries, an international leader in intimate apparel. There I created large volumes of on-trend screeenprints, allover prints, presentation boards and fashion flats in a fast paced environment.

Before graphic design, I was a scenic artist, employing various painting techniques for the completion of theater sets, film sets, trade show and window displays. Projects included the New York City Christmas windows for Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Lord & Taylor, the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas and International Toy Fair for Hasbro.

  • Designed on-trend screen and allover prints, stickers and hangtags for intimate apparel in a fast paced environment
  • Recreated artwork from samples or bought sources, and matched or changed colorways as needed
  • Generated garment presentation boards with fashion flats of garment body styles
  • Provided extensive research on industry trends for current and upcoming seasons
  • Collaborated with art director, fellow team members, merchandisers, and salespeople to complete all projects in a timely fashion
  • Created accurate production sheets for factories

  • Painter for animated New York City Christmas windows
  • Collaborated with designers, production managers and other staff members to ensure high quality of paint treatments and completion of windows in a timely manner
  • Paint treatments included faux finishes, trompe l’oel, gold leafing, and backdrops
  • Delegated responsibilities and gave direction to paint staff to achieve goals
  • Clients included Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor, and Marshall Fields
